Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

While we pride ourselves with offering exceptional fun jewelry, there are times where one item or a batch for whatever reason, is not pleasing. The customer is always right and while we will honor our policy, please note some items are a one time shot in the dark! If they break under regular wear with-in 45 days or your just are not happy, call or email us! We have no issues with refunds!
 
We ask that you please share the issue with the product in the comment section so we can keep an eye on others who have this item,  thus allowing us to correct this across the board if applicable. We will gladly refund your money less S/H if applicable ***Certain issues that would not work for a refund would be after the 45 day period, items that were a one time idea-custom couture or poor care of the items.
 
How Do You Return Items 30 days or less (  I promise we won't act nasty! However we may ask why?) But that is only to understand others who may have similar issues.
1. The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. We do not refund the shipping however, if you ave an item or 2...that are simple not super heavy causing you to loose your breath with it on...

1. Please email info@samanthagoldberg.com.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. Most packages we use the USPC first class. Not so bad as its snail mail!
2. Mail your returned item to:
     Samantha Goldberg & Co/Sassi Sammi Returns Dept
     Returns Department Tracking # located on your invoice with the products.
     12 Bank Street Suite 201
     Summit, New Jersey 07901

3. Include in the well sealed package a signed letter (by you) stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. We need this so we may get reimbursed if it's a production issue.
 
Codes for Returns
 
1.Bummer It Broke, I want a new one
2. This looks cheap and I want to exchange** it or return. ** Custom or limited items are no refundable. However, we can work it out I am certain!
3.  It's just not what you thought....** again special orders, custom and poor neglect do not allow for credit or full refunds. Each person has a special reason and some may allow for a return w/o shipping & handling. If it's damaged during shipping we will send you a new one immediately, and not charge you for shipping a second time! I hate that with some companies!

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include custom items with Portapocket and 'Bling", Custom Jewelry that is limited quantity software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund whe orders are $100 and over.. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the original order.

Exchanges

If your gems, fluff and bling item is less than \"new:  condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color just share what you want! . You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
